Please follow the steps below to ensure your return is received and processed swiftly.
We aim to make all of our customers 100% happy with all our products but if this is not the case you can of course return the unwanted item(s) to us.
To return the item(s) back to us simply go to the return request page ( https://www.ikrush.com/return-request ) and enter your order number and email address. From this you will be able to select the item(s) in which you wish to have returned back to us. Please note returns must be requested within 28 days of your order.
You are also able to request a free exchange if you wish to receive a different size or alternate item. If you wish to adjust the size or colour then an exchange order will be created for you.
If you wish to change item then you will be provided with a store credit code (with free delivery) in which you can place a new order for your desired item.
Please note that your exchange order will only be dispatched once we have received your original order back to us.
Stick the returns label on your parcel – don’t worry if it’s not straight or on the wrong side. You are able to receive these here:

You are also able to download the QR codes from the same links above if you do not have a printer at home. Simply fill out the details asked and this will be sent through to your email address. If this is not in your inbox then please check your junk mail folder and mark as not spam.
Please note if you wish to use our Pre-Paid Returns Label, a total of £3 will be deducted from your refund.
This label is for UK customers only.
You can then take the parcel to your nearest Post Office / Asda Store and obtain proof of postage.
Once we have received your returned parcel, we will then process your return as requested provided it meets our return policy.
All items must be: Unwashed, have all labels attached, unused and unworn and ensuring there are no sort of marks on the garments (makeup, fake tan etc).

This will provide you with a returns label to have this sent back to us.
Alternatively you are able to ship this back yourself without using our link if you would prefer to and obtain a proof of return which we recommend you keep this until you have been refunded.
