I’ve received an incorrect or faulty item?
We’re so sorry if you have received a faulty or incorrect item – it’s not normal practice but we are only human after all!
To move forward please go to our return request page ( https://www.ikrush.com/return-request ). From this you will be requested to enter your order number and email address. You are able to select if you wish to receive a refund or exchange for this order. If you wish to receive an exchange for same colour and size, then a new order will be created for you upon completion of your request.
Once the damaged item been returned back to us we will be able to have the replacement dispatched.
Please note there will be no charge for use of the pre-paid returns label via Post Office or Asda if your order is faulty. You can obtain your pre-paid label from here: https://bit.ly/2vSE1o8. Once we have received your return we shall ensure this is resolved for you straight away.
