Please note if you wish to use our Pre-Paid Returns Label, a total of £3 will be deducted from your refund.
This label is for UK customers only.
You can then take the parcel to your nearest Post Office / Asda Store and obtain proof of postage.
Once we have received your returned parcel, we will then process your return as requested provided it meets our return policy.
All items must be: Unwashed, have all labels attached, unused and unworn and ensuring there are no sort of marks on the garments (makeup, fake tan etc).
Any items which are unsuitable to be returned via our pre-paid label (too heavy, or large), the return must be paid for by you at the Post Office. If this is the case we recommend using a tracked service. If our pre-paid returns label is used, the £3 deduction from your refund will be made.

Alternatively you are able to ship this back yourself without using our link if you would prefer to and obtain a proof of return which we recommend you keep this until you have been refunded.
